A neoclassical 1907 Banco de la República library — one of the most beautiful buildings in Cartagena, with Ionic columns, high arched ceilings, and a black marble reading room. Free to enter, free to use. Has a dedicated kids' area, making it one of the few spaces in the city where working parents can bring their children.
